“Painting from a life model I found my view of the pose offered an interesting take, in that if I rotated my canvas through 90, 180 and 270 degrees, it still "worked". I have called this piece "Work and Turn", which is a term for a printing process, and is the process I used to complete this painting. Turning the canvas and painting, turning and painting, turning and painting... I still find it an interesting piece and I hope it catches someone else's eye!” |
