“Stockings have an intimate relationship with the human form. They accentuate the body’s form, as well as adding colour, texture and even a little mystery. By applying this material to conventional 2D canvas shapes I am creating a new relationship, and discovering how the colours, textures, forms and tones are transformed on this new surface.” |
